Sofia and I had a weekend away in Stockholm to attend the wedding of the lovely Miranda and Henrik. It was a great wedding which resulted in me getting home at 5.30 in the morning after some crazy pool table antics.
We're at the halfway stage now and Sofia is looking great.

Earthquakes
One little game Lola and I play from time to time is one I call 'Earthquakes'. This entails Lola lying on me while I shake her about shouting Earthquake! These usually last for a good 6-7 seconds (during which time Lola is laughing her head off) so it's over pretty quickly, but....earthquakes are quickly followed by 'Aftershocks'!!

Lola's new set of wheels
As our little munchkin keeps growing she is no longer able to comfortably fit in the Bugaboo so we have splashed out on a brand new set of wheels. This is a Brio! These little beauties are all the range in Sweden and are used by the royal family so they must be good. Lola seems to like it.

These cakes rock!
On our last 'Pappasdag' together (for now anyway) Lola and I made some rock cakes for the first time. The weather was absolutely horrendous all day so Lola and I stayed inside and kept ourselves busy in the kitchen. I remember making rock cakes with my mum and absolutely loving it. Lola was exactly the same. She helped mix the butter and flour together and also put in the perfect amount of raisins. She also enjoyed licking the spoon and bowl. Once finished in the oven they went together perfectly with a cuppa!
Klitterbadet!!
From August to the end of October I worked four days a week so that I could take a 'pappasdag' to enjoy with Lola. We spent most of our Mondays together going to Klitterbadet for a spot of swimming. The picture below shows Lola all ready to take our short stroll from the car to the pool. Nice.

Lola's trip to the moon...and London
Valarna is a nearby forest /play area/ exercise park/ theatre / petting zoo and ultimately a very picturesque part of Falkenberg. We are very lucky to have it right on our doorstep so we go there a lot. Lola and I went there recently and she went on one ride with a plan to take a trip to the moon...and London: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lt_OLwExOj4&feature=relmfu
The many faces of Lola
Lola is fast becoming a little actress/model with her 'many' facial expressions. These include; Happy, Sad, Fake Laugh and Blue Steel. My favourite from this clip is her fake laugh. Take a look at the future Oscar winner in her pomp: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nq-XvBd_ACI&feature=plcp
